Merissa Graf recently graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. She has a strong foundation in client-centred care and rehabilitation from her previous experience as an OTA/PTA. Dr. Lindsay is a compassionate and dedicated chiropractor who has over 12 years of clinical experience. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2013 with clinic honors. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Saskatchewan earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with Distinction while also being a member of the Huskie Athletics all academic team. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a student athletic therapist for a number of varsity teams and received invaluable experience managing acute & chronic injuries with high performing athletes.

With a profound commitment to family well-being, Dr. Lindsay’s practice has evolved over the years, with a particular focus on prenatal and pediatric care. Rhiannon is a proud prairie girl from Saskatoon who spent her weekends and summers at the family farm in Birch Hills. She is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. She offers Clinical Cupping, IASTM, deep tissue, prenatal, TMJ, and relaxation. ​ Rhiannon believes that every treatment is unique and specifically tailored to each clients needs as she is passionate about whole-body health and wellness. Dr. Tim Thiemann began his healthcare journey in 2010, completing the Advanced Massage Therapy program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. He then pursued Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan before graduating from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland, New Zealand in 2018.

With nearly a decade of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist in a chiropractic setting, combined with his kinesiology studies, Dr. Tim brings a well-rounded understanding of the human body to his practice. He integrates manual chiropractic adjustments with muscle release techniques inspired by his massage therapy background and also utilizes specialized tools such as the Activator to support his patients’ healing and recovery.

Raised in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Dr. Tim has always had a passion for sports and an active lifestyle. He continues to enjoy soccer, cycling, working out, and adventuring with his family. It was a sports injury during high school that first introduced him to chiropractic care—an experience that sparked his dedication to helping others optimize their health and live life to the fullest.

Stephanie graduated from Axiom Career College with the Medical Massage Therapy Program in 2023. She has a passion for reducing pain and helping people move and feel better. She offers deep tissue massage blended with Swedish techniques and a relaxation aspect to every treatment, tailored to the individual. She has a special interest in using cupping with massage, and myofascial release while helping patients restore their range of motion. On her free time, she enjoys learning new hobbies, laughing with friends, and enjoying the outdoors in nature with her dog hiking, camping, and fishing.
